The issue was caused by the outage of the access router. After restoring the affected infrastructure component, DomainRobot operations are working normally again.
Domain registrations, domain updates, domain transfers, and domain management actions through DomainRobot are available again.
The availability and resolution of already registered domains were not affected during the incident.
